ACADEMY OF SCIENCES AND DOCTRINES ENGAGED ON CREATIVE WORKS

Nowadays the international science and scientific practice has developed the advanced and tested methods of appraisal, increasing and stimulating the creative human abilities. It is possible to teach everybody on global scale these methods. The result of this project would be the forming new creative world society with absolute absence of the criminal, international, national and confessional conflicts.

It might produce the social and economic effect ten times exceeding the present gross output of all the countries. The expenses of the creation of such infrastructure will be million times lesser than the investments of the world community in the development of the military complex and law inforcement agencies.

The Academy of sciences and doctrienes engagend on creative works has been established in Russia for the realisation of this world project. One of the major directions of its activity is the creation of the Centre for training the specialists-experts in creative work and teaching the methods of the innovative business.

The purpose of creation of the ACADEMY is the concentration and coordination of the activity of the scientists and practitionets for the solution of the fundamental and applied problems in the sphere of increasing the creative potential of the population, which is the base of survival, competitiveness and prosperity of the country, the enterprises and the citizens.

The tasks and major directions of the activity of the ACADEMY are as follows:

to estimate and increase the creative potential of the population, to form the creatively active population;
to carry out the innovative research and work out the scientific and applied programs;
to make the examination of the creative activity study;
to develop the international cooperation in this scientific sphere;
to do the scientific and social certification of the .scientists and practical workers engaged in the creative work study, including those working in the sphere of innovative business and development of small and medium enterprises.

The structure of the ACADEMY consists of the scientific departments (the department of theoretical problems of creative work study, the department the regional problems of creative work and problems of the branches of industry, the department of the employers creative work and the innovative business, the department the socio-economic and legal problems of the creative WORK study, the department of the creatively active way of life etc), the educational complex, the Center for the population and the public organization "The Union for longevity and creative work of the population".

The scientific, educational and social activity of the ACADEMY directed at forming up the creative infrastructure in the world and in the regions will favor the promotion of the level of civilization, humanity and economic efficiency of the world community, the creation of the necessary conditions for the increase and realization of the creative potential of population, only 1o per cent of which being utilized so far.
